About Me

Ulanga Community Resource Centre is a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee which was initiated with the aim of capacitating the resident peoples of Ulanga and Kilombero Districts and Tanzania in general to secure the right information and hold their duty bearers accountable in a bid to promote sustainable community development. UCRC as well aims at promoting educational activities in Ulanga District through facilitation of necessary educational resources in the area which include well equipped libraries and study centers. UCRC also works on land and natural resource rights for the marginalized rural people in Tanzania which also include sustainable use of such resources. It also provides legal aid and assistance to the poor, particularly women, children, the disabled and other disadvantaged groups in the society on different themes including land and gender.

WE ARE BACK ONLINE- Ulanga Community Resource Centre Office is at Ifakara

Dear all stakeholders

We are pleased to inform every stakeholder that our organization, Ulanga Community Resource Centre (UCRC) which is a not-for-profit organization has opened office in Ifakara.

Among other objectives, UCRC aims at:-
  1. Community empowerment on Governance and Livelihoods
  2. Promote literacy and educational activities
  3. Work on natural resource rights and management- including land rights and climate change
  4. Provision of legal aid and assistance to the poor, women, children, disadvantaged groups in the society on different themes including land and gender.
In order to achieve our goals we have opened our main office at Mazingira Centre, Plot no 14, Block G, Ifakara Township and we officially inform our stakeholders on our presence in Ifakara District.
As we are development stakeholder, we kindly request for strong collaboration with every development and seek your support to enhance our good objectives
